Title: Customer Success Specialist
Job Summary: As a member of the Customer Success Team, the Customer Success Specialist proactively manages customer relationships by providing timely support, escalating or resolving issues, and identifying customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide initial communication and triage when a customer submits questions to the Help Desk. Resolve the issue or gather information to help other team members to respond.
Work with product developers to test new features that have been developed for a future software release. Help set up automated testing systems (Selenium).
Provide other assistance to team members for Customer Success tasks, such as implementation projects, proactive customer contact, and/or training and resource development.

Computer experience and aptitude.
Programming experience is not required, however, technical experience such as using advanced functions in Excel is preferred.
Credentials and Experience
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Experience with non-profit organizations is preferred but not required.
Experience in teaching/adult education is preferred but not required.
Other Requirements
Willingness to work collaboratively on a team as well as independently on tasks/projects.
Job Location - Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Anticipated Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000
