Assessment
Our staff is dedicated to carefully assessing our customers’ needs from the first call.
We listen carefully and review any forms, plans, spreadsheets, or other materials that you would like to share and will customize a solution to realize your ideal system, accomplish your goals, scale your mission, and tell your story.
Configuration
Outcome Tracker offers many standard features to manage your work and report results, with the flexibility to tailor it to your specific needs.
We'll help you integrate your client activities into the system, and you can edit or add to your configuration as needed. Anything entered can be queried, reported, filtered, and formatted for various audiences, including clients, stakeholders, funders, and internal evaluations.
Data Conversion
We can import historical data from other systems or spreadsheets into Outcome Tracker using our Spreadsheet Import Utility, so you can maintain legacy information and avoid manual re-entry.
Depending on the scope of your data, conversions can range from relatively simple and straightforward to more extensive and complicated. If your situation seems expansive or intimidating, try not to worry. We’ll help you evaluate what’s there and determine how best to handle it. Data conversions actually provide a great opportunity to reconsider what you’ve been tracking and how, and assess the historical value with your current needs and future plans.
Training
Once configured to your specifications, we train your teams how to use Outcome Tracker so you can get to work right away.
Your implementation manager, who tailors your system, will also work with your project team to ensure that everyone is trained how to use Outcome Tracker. Implementation and training schedules are flexible to fit your needs.
