Outcome Tracker is an approved software system for Outcomes Star, a leading client assessment system from Triangle Consulting Social Enterprise.
You can easily track and report on client assessments, generate case reports, manage multiple Stars, and create custom exports. Your agency can choose a license that only includes Outcomes Star, or that uses Stars for all of their case management needs. Outcome Tracker additionally works with Broadview Applied Research to deliver Outcomes Star management. Outcomes Star data is stored on Canadian soil for Canadian nonprofits and on US soil for US nonprofits.
