Dave Smucker, President and Co-Founder
Dave leads the implementation of the Outcome Tracker strategic plan and manages the Sales and Marketing team. Dave has worked with non-profit organizations since 1994 and software development since 1986.
Daryl Myers, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
Daryl provides leadership for the Outcome Tracker Product Development, Customer Support, and Implementation teams. Prior to co-founding Outcome Tracker, Daryl served as lead architect of a non-profit accounting system and integrated software suite that has been used by over 250 colleges.
Tim Shoemaker, Implementation Team Leader
Since 2007, Tim has served as a Project Manager, Consultant, and Trainer, helping new customers configure Outcome Tracker and learn to use it.
Laura Lehman, Implementation Trainer/Consultant
Laura provides training, consulting and project management services to new customers. She also works with initiatives to help current customers succeed with Outcome Tracker.
Barb Byer, Technical Writer
Barb uses her experience as a teacher, curriculum developer, and technical writer as she leads the development of the Outcome Tracker Resource Center and Learning Center.
Matt Trost, Customer Support Team Leader
Matt leads the team that provides Support and Help Desk services for current Outcome Tracker customers. Matt also heads up the testing effort for each Outcome Tracker release.
Christopher Hanger, Account Representative
Christopher consults with customers and trains them to get the most out of Outcome Tracker. He has served Outcome Tracker customers since 2009.
John Yarbrough, Sales Representative
John first learned to use Outcome Tracker as a customer and brings that unique perspective as he helps organizations evaluate whether Outcome Tracker is a good fit for their needs.
